"Bláithín is the only physio who is also like a personal trainer"
I’ve been attending Bláithín for about 3 years now. I went with a knee issue (well both knees really!) post steroid injection. I have attended other physio’s In the past. Bláithín is amazing, so personable and I feel I can be really honest with her. She is the only physio who is also like a personal trainer because she sends you home with a personal programme to build up your strength which has been key for me. My knees have never felt better. I have not needed any more injections.

"I cannot thank Bláithín for her support throughout my ACL journey"
Bláithín took me through my ACL rehabilitation from start to finish. Advised me on the best option for surgery and provided key strengthening exercises to carry out before the surgery. Post surgery Bláithín was brilliant. She was always positive and made the rehab process as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was rushed and all goals were met. I tore my ACL and damaged Meniscus in April 2017 and was back playing rugby the following January and my knee now feels stronger than ever. I cannot thank Bláithín for her support throughout my ACL journey

"I can't recommend Blaithin highly enough for her knowledge and dedication"
Blaithin played a fundamental role in my recovery from a serious neck injury, following a horse riding incident. I first attended her treatment rooms in 2017 at a time when surgery was the only option facing me. Blaithin's knowledge, dedication and ability to explain the path required was so reassuring and helped me see light at the end of the tunnel, after months of severe pain.As a client who has returned to full health, and is now back horse riding, with no surgery, I can't recommend Blaithin highly enough for her knowledge and dedication.

I would highly recommend Bláithín as a physiotherapist. I have gone to her for a number of years with many different injuries. After an ACL injury, Bláithín provided a great programme, guiding me back to playing rugby. I have always found her extremely professional and an expert in her field of work. Bláithín is always approachable, willing to help and provide advice for any questions I have. I can’t recommend Bláithín enough.

"What I met was a physio who was energetic, focused and who followed an evidence based decision making process"
After suffering a knee injury I was referred to Blaithin by a friend. With the many horror stories out there about knee injuries. What I met was a physio who was energetic, focused, goal-orientated, realistic and who followed an evidence based decision making process. After quickly arranging scans and a specialist review, she progressed me in to an excellent six month strengthening program during which her attention to detail was superb and her own high performance athleticism came to the fore. I have made a full recovery, thanks to Bláithín.

"I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of care I received from Blaithin and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know"
Bláithín’s attention to detail and commitment to her patients rehabilitation is second to none. I was very grateful for the individual attention she gave me whilst I was rehabilitating from an ACL reconstruction on my knee. The structure she put in place and her positive attitude gave me confidence I would return to sport from the first day I met her. She was always available if I had any questions and followed up all sessions with emails and video links to the exercises. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of care I received.
